Elizabeth Yuko is the Health & Sex Editor at SheKnows. She is a bioethicist and writer specializing in sexual and reproductive health at the intersection of bioethics and popular culture. She has written for publications including The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Atlantic, Rolling Stone and Playboy. Yuko has given a TEDx talk on The Golden Girls and bioethics, and has appeared on The Travel Channel show Mysteries at the Museum.
Dr. Alice M. Police is the new Regional Director of Breast Surgery for Northwell Health, Westchester. Dr. Police did her Medical School at Loma Linda University followed by surgery training at the University of Southern California and University of California Irvine.
Dr. Jeanne Carter currently serves as the Head of the Female Sexual Medicine and Women’s Health Program, Gynecology Service, Department of Surgery at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. This program provides individual interventions to female cancer patients, women at risk of cancer, and survivors coping with the physical and emotional challenges of cancer treatment. She has dual appointment in the Department of Surgery and Department of Psychiatry as an Associate Attending Psychologist, in addition to being an AASECT certified Diplomate of Sex Therapy and Supervisor.
