Kicked It In Heels’ first ever Sip & Shop was a great success! The diverse group of women who attended all enjoyed Empower cocktails as well as tips and conversation from our dynamic duo, celebrity stylist Pamela Watson and Lisa Salzer-Wales, founder and designer of Lulu Frost.

All attendees also had the privilege of hearing the moving experience of young survivor Sarah Fessler. In her 20’s, Sarah was diagnosed just weeks before her wedding, and noted how limited resources were for those in her age group, as well as the general disparities in treatment.

This young woman’s vulnerability about her experiences and the challenges she faced having children after her diagnosis deeply touched and connected the diverse group of women who attended the event. We commend her honesty, which speaks to her incredible strength.
