#BehindOurBoard! ➡️ Meet Alison Bellino Johnston a proud Board Member of Kicked It In Heels, who supports our mission of breast cancer survivorship, wellness and community!

✨️Alison co-founded BellCast Partners in 2010. Prior to BellCast, Alison was a Managing Director at CPI where she was responsible for Analyst to Partner level recruitment for private equity and real estate private equity funds. She began her career in human resources with Merrill Lynch’s Investment Banking Group in New York, focusing primarily on Analyst recruiting. She later managed Associate recruiting for Deutsche Bank’s Investment Banking Group in London.

A native New Yorker, Alison currently splits time between New York City and Manchester, VT.

When not working, she loves to spend time outdoors with her husband and three sons, and is an avid traveler. Alison graduated from @Villanovau and remains an enthusiastic supporter of Wildcats’ basketball. She is involved with numerous philanthropic organizations and is especially passionate about causes involving veterans.✨️

#BehindOurBoard! ➡️ Meet Chante Butler (@savorylovenyc), a proud Board Member of Kicked It In Heels, who actively shows and shares her support for our mission of promoting health in breast cancer survivorship + eradicating healthcare disparities!

✨️Chante is currently Head of DEI at Flatiron Health, a health technology firm with a mission to improve and extend lives by learning from people living with cancer. Chante combines a deep understanding of DEI principles and practices with extensive business experience and a proven track record of driving organizational change.

Prior to that, she spent several years providing strategic advice and counsel to a broad array of companies at the global consulting firms of Accenture and Deloitte and Touche.

Chante also brings an entrepreneurial spirit: early in her career, she founded her own consulting firm and provided engineering, regulatory compliance and quality assurance services to pharmaceutical and biotechnology Fortune 500 companies.

She is also part of the ownership group of the Cape Town Tigers, (@thecapetowntigers) the two time South African Basketball Club Champions, competing in the NBA Africa/FIBA Basketball Africa League!✨️
