Ms. Chante Butler is the Director of Integrated Quality Management at Flatiron Health. She has 20+ years of experience in the intersection of technology and life sciences industries. At Flatiron Health, she is responsible for developing and implementing a quality program that aligns with agile software development and is fit for purpose in the technology environment, but still meeting all regulatory requirements. Ms. Butler began her career as a founder of a life sciences service provider company where she implemented business transformation projects for the Pfizer, Abbot, Baxter, J&J to name a few.

Prior to Flatiron Health, Chante was employed at Accenture where she specialized in large scale transformation in the manufacturing, quality and R&D lab systems to address complex challenges for global organizations. Prior to Accenture, Chante worked at Deloitte & Touch LLP’s serving as a trusted advisor to clients promoting a vision and cultural mindset of excellence across organizations to achieve financial, operational and customer service goals.

With her broad and deep knowledge and “impact to patient” perspective, Chante assists clients globally in developing and executing business and risk strategies that promote innovation and growth, operational efficiency and process excellence, and sustained regulatory compliance, technology enablement including digital technology, cloud computing, and advanced analytics. She has demonstrated her ability to develop high performance teams and establish stakeholder satisfaction while implementing step-change critical capabilities, systems and principles needed to achieve sustainable business results.
